These are our despatch times, we rely on DPD to deliver parcels next day and they are struggling at the moment with volume.
We CANNOT guarantee any deliveries.
Artwork uploads before 5pm and PDF electronic proofs approved same day by 6pm. Revisions or amendments advised by you to your artwork after 5pm will delay your order to the following working days schedule for proofing.
How will you deliver my order?
We send the majority of our parcels using the ‘DPD Next Day 8am to 9pm’ Service and are reliant on DPD delivering next day. But please be aware in busy periods DPD may delay your delivery to suit their schedules. Also some areas of the country are 2 day delivery times, please see Where and when do we deliver free to? Section.
Please ensure that you have filled in you address correctly when placing your order as changing the address later can delay your delivery. Any address changes made after 11.30am on the day of despatch will delay your delivery.
If you require an early morning delivery (i.e. before 10.30am or before midday) please let us know, as this is a chargeable item due to the extra costs involved.
Where and when do we deliver free to?
All deliveries to Mainland UK are free excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands & Channel Islands.
Some parts of the country are 2 day delivery times, but are still classed as a standard delivery costs - AB30-35, AB40-54, G83, PH15-18, TR21-25 postcodes.
Postcodes not included in standard delivery costs (please ask for delivery costs) - AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV0-99, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH19-99,ZE0-99 . All BT, EI, GY, IM postcodes.
These are subject to change without notice, so if you are unsure please ask before ordering.
We CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Will you send me a proof before printing?
Yes, we email you a free PDF proof to approve after you've placed your order.
Can Leafletfrog make changes to my proof?
Yes, please contact roddy@leafletfrog.co.uk who will be happy to supply a cost for this service.
Can I have a paper proof?
Yes, please contact roddy@leafletfrog.co.uk who will be happy to supply a cost for this service.
Can you design my artwork for me?
Yes, we provide a full design service. Our creative service can produce the design & artwork for you from your brief / basic ideas. This is explained more here.
Can I track my order once I've submitted it?
Yes. You will be kept up to date with your order via email, and you can check it's status and your details by clicking on the Order Status link.
Is your print environmentally friendly?
Yes, we print only using paper from sustainable sources and all our litho print is produced using vegetable-based inks. If you would like to print on recycled paper please contact roddy@leafletfrog.co.uk for a quote.
Can I cancel my order before printing?
You may cancel your order at any time within 30 days of placing it.
If it is within 30 days and we have supplied a PDF proof for approval, we will charge a £5 administration fee.
If it is after a period of longer than 30 days, we will need to charge an administration fee of £15 (inc VAT) to cover costs incurred.
